Description
MAXUM JDC is a next-generation DC jackshaft. It mounts on the wall beside the door for high- or vertical-lift sectionals and rolling doors.
Pick this when…
- You need a jackshaft (side-mount) — not a ceiling trolley (that is TDC).
- The job does not need a built-in hoist — that is JHDC.
- You do not need a floor-level manual release chain — that is RJDC.
- Sectional doors up to 700 lb, or rolling steel / insulated rolling up to 450 lb (comparison chart).
At a glance
- Duty: standard 20 cycles/hour, 90/day · extended 30/hour, 150/day
- Voltage: 120V 1PH / 240V 1/3PH · 480V 3PH · 208V and 600V 3PH via transformer
- Speed: up to 12 in/sec on sectionals · 8–9 in/sec on rolling steel
- Battery backup: standard — two 4.5 Ah batteries included
- Wi-Fi · setup for myQ or myQ Facility
